Hi, I'm Darrell Stevens, owner of Colorado Adventure Rentals.
When I sold my electrical business and “retired” I left the
Midwest to travel around and explore the country. I was excited
to make Almont home, in part because of the great ATV riding in
the area. Because of the proximity to great trails and the lack
of ATV rentals in our area, I decided to start this company to
share my passion with visitors and locals alike. |

| ATVs
and snowmobiles are
a great way to see areas that are otherwise only accessible by
foot or horse. I love to hike, camp, fish and hunt and our
vehicles allow me to experience the best that Colorado has to
offer without taking multi-day backpacking trips. Since my
little boy Justin is not yet able to take big hikes, we are able
to get out to some great places as well. We love to ride in our
Polaris Ranger utility vehicle and we highly recommend this
vehicle option for families or couples who want to ride
together. |

Chris and Chelsea moved from Dayton, Ohio for
the summer to work in the Taylor Park location and to live in
the campground. When they were not working they enjoyed fishing,
hunting, hiking and ATVing. Matt and Adrian are
finishing up school at Western State College in Gunnison, CO.
They lived in Pitkin for the summer in a little cabin. They
enjoy living in the Gunnison County and all the fun-filled
outdoor activities that come with that. |
